I popped into the st stephens store with just 25mins to upgrade my device and contract. Your staff member, Jack, was fantastic from start to finish! Professional, friendly, polite, and really helpful. He gave me such knowledgeable information and brilliant customer service so that I could make my decision, and I left with a new device and contract thst I was extremely happy with - and all within my 25min timeframe! I had a really great experience at Vodafone in Hull. I had a chat with Cait B., and she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient. She took the time to understand what I needed and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience very easy and pleasant.
