Caitlin B helped me resolve my issue with payment. I was unable to pay my bill or access the app, but she assisted me in successfully paying the bill, reactivating the app, and resolving my login problem with Vodafone. She was also very friendly, understanding, and patient throughout the whole process. Honestly, they were the best person I’ve ever dealt with, hands down.

The contents of my old phone were transferred to my new phone for a £25 fee. The process went smoothly and I am a happy customer. It's great that Vodafone offer this service for people like me who are not confident to manage the transfer themselves. Thank you!

I popped back into the Hull store today to sort out transferring my Broadband. I was supported by Jack, who was fantastic, providing me with all the information I needed to transfer. Jack was polite, friendly and sorted it all out for me. Jack is a real asset to the store.

I went in to ask about what options i had to replace my current phone as I wasn't happy with it.
I spoke to Shane and he went through all my options. He explained it easily and clearly for me.
I came away with a new phone and very happy.
Shane was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable.
I have been a vodaphone customer for some time and each time I have been into the store in St Stephens, Hull I have always received good service. But today Shane topped that for me. Thank you Shane.
