Staff and service

Came in to the store in st Stephens…
Came in to the store in st Stephens with what I suspected to be a faulty battery due to it not charging, I spoke to a young man called Dylan who was an absolute delight.I was made to feel very welcome and all questions I asked about my phone were answered in detail
Upon inspection he realised it was charging in the store so made me aware it would be the wire or the plug I then mentioned ive used different wires so we found the cause of the issue.
He also gave me great advice for how to avoide the issue in the future. All I can say is he was attentive kind and very very helpful

Dylan deserves a raise
Dylan was great, very helpful and patient with us. Great service and happy my dad got his new phone sorted quickly. I’m sure he needs a lie down after dealing with us 😂

Went in to get a new contract and spoke…
Went in to get a new contract and spoke to a gentleman called Shane. I got a good price but decided to get quotes elsewhere first. After visiting some competitors I soon ended up back in Vodafone, not just the price but the way I was treated made me feel much more comfortable.

Kind and responsive service
On a Saturday we walked in and were immediately greeted by Caitlin P.
She was kind and responsive, and clearly knowledgeable. She helped us problem solve our situation and made sure we left the store with a clear solution and plan. She offered us various options and we chose the one that works best for us. She worked fast and we were finished much faster than expected. Thank you.
