I received a warm welcome on entering the store. Staff are very well informed about all products and airtime packages so could answer all questions I had. Jack C processed my application for a Google Pixel 10a and was extremely efficient which I really appreciated. He used language that I could understand and avoided any industry terminology. Thank you Jack C! I'm really happy with my new phone so far and am sure I will find the new features very useful.

As always, the staff at this branch are so helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Today I went in with a question regarding my account and settings, told the assistant what it was and with no hesitation helped me to resolve my problem. Amazing!!!

If I could give more stars I would. HAKIM at Huntingdon was so helpful!! He managed to retrieve vital information that I had deleted during transferring data to my new phone. He also processed a new phone contract for my husband and found the best product for him. His Customer Service is second to none. Thank you

Customer service was excellent from…
Customer service was excellent from start to finish, both Jack and Hakim made the whole transition seamless. Jack with the initial choosing and ordering of my new phone and Hakim managed the data transfer for me and showed an amazing amount of patience, as I had a lot of data to transfer. He even spent some of his own time the next day continuing the transfer process. I would highly recommend the shop. Everything was well explained and painless.

Super helpful, patient and knowledgeable
My husband and I just moved to Huntington and needed to set up our internet into our new flat and the workers here were insanely helpful. Specifically Shamima, she walked us through the process of setting up our account with patience and care. The team here even went out of their way to suggests recommendation to make our account process more efficient. To top it off, Shamima gave my husband and I some town recommendations where to go and what to see in Huntington. We are more than pleased with our experience and interacts here. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Shamina provided outstanding customer service and made the entire process so smooth, given the situation of having my phone stolen. She provided step by step updates of everything that she was doing and got everything back up and running with a new handset provided there and then. Very grateful for the assistance.
