I had a problem with my phone
I had a problem with my phone. It needed one a new phone. And Hakim was fabulous. Didn’t pressure me. Explained everything in detail. I was very happy with the service he gave.

Shamina helped me find the best deal for me, due to a technical error with the trade in I had to go back and redo the transaction. Hakim &Shamina both helped reset up my new phone and navigate several difficult apps. Were patient & friendky

Excellent service
My phone was stolen while on holiday in Italy. Jack was so knowledgeable and helpful. He sorted out a new SIM card and phone. Within 2 hours I had my new phone, all loaded up and ready to go. Definitely recommend Vodafone shop in Huntingdon.

Shamina was fantastic.Cannot thank her enough for her patience! and hard work. I think Shamina should be considered for a managerial position . Her knowledge of the products old/ new was unquestionable and her patience in dealing with two inept customers was second to none . She spent nearly 5 hours dealing with us and we can’t thank her enough.

Shamima helped my sister
Shamima helped my sister, who had just arrived from Canada set up a UK sim for her phone. It was all done in minutes, and her knowledge of what was needed was a breath of fresh air. Happy, smiling, and didn't fill us full of useless technical information!
