Three weeks it has taken me to stop…
Three weeks it has taken me to stop Vodafone from sending me threatening texts.My payment was set up as a direct debit & there is always funds in the account to cover the payment.I went to my local Vodaphine shop to stop the threatening texts,absolutely useless.They now keep the front door locked & only let customers in when a staff member is a available to help.I get this as they are repeatedly being robbed.But to make a pensioner on a mobility scooter wait in the sun is shocking.I don't think a old lady on a mobility scooter is there to rob them.
Before signing with any internet service provider get them to give you in writing a guarantee that you will be able to speak to a human being.These company's just hide behind a digital wall to make it as hard as possible to contact them.Its all about profit & how to offer terrible service.

Mixed experiences
We’ve had a great experience in the past (with a manager or assistant manager - unsure on their name), however our recent experience was really poor.
Sam was the staff member who caused the poor experience. No care for what we wanted, no pleasantries, blunt. We made our objective clear and it really felt like he ignored this, didn’t care and kept trying to ‘sell’ us more even when we repeatedly declined (we were purely visiting to renew our broadband contract).
The price he finally gave us was £34~. We ended up leaving really frustrated, and instead went online where the process was reasonably easy and we got the best speed/capacity for around £19.
Whilst I appreciate some offers are only available online - he should have been transparent.
Really disappointed with his service, I can’t fault anyone else or the branch itself, but I’d refuse service from this staff member in future.

Today we had Kamila help us buy a new phone. She was very helpful and advised us not to get a phone in a good condition but in a pristine condition. We got the phone we wanted for a great price. Kamila helped us with the cost and went out of her way to assist us. Great customer services would highly recommend Vodafone.
