Andy helped a great deal
Came in to store with notification issues. Spoke to andy who fixed fhe issues on my phone and informed me i could get a new handaet and plan for the same cost i was paying already. New phone. Easier to hold. Very happy with the service in store.

Revisited store to pay off my device, and had an issue with my emails.
Spoke to Andy who served me before, and he was a great help in paying off my device, fixing my email, and also getting a saving for the next 6 months

Lost my old phone and had to get a new one. Re visited store as I was having a nightmare with recovering my email.
Spoke to Andy, who, despite being gruff around the edges, got to the bottom of my issue and fixed my email problems.

I recently had to come into the store after I was having a few issues and was in a bit of a flap. Rachel was not only able to sort out all the problems but she explained to me what was going on without it being too confusing, excellent customer service , she's a credit to the company!

Jack was so attentive and meticulous with my issue I was having with my broadband. The sale doesn't stop just because I've already paid with vodafone kilmarnock 😊 amazing in store presence that welcomes the community unlike other retailers on the highstreet. Issue resolved and happy family!
