Beyond excellent
Went in to change to a sim only plan and as always staff were amazing. Terrie especially was brilliant talked me through everything. Can't fault her for anything. Always going above and beyond for customers. Will never change my network provider due the service received in the Kirkcaldy store.

Broadband
I popped into the Vodafone store to ask about broadband, as I’ve already been with Vodafone for my mobile for a number of years and was interested in seeing what broadband deals they could offer.
I spoke with Audrey, who kindly checked what broadband options were available in my area. Unfortunately, my street doesn’t yet have full fibre, so she advised that it would be better to stay with my current provider until full fibre becomes available.
I really appreciated the honest advice rather than being pushed into a product that wouldn’t have worked well for me. It’s refreshing to receive that level of transparency and customer care. I’ll definitely be back once full fibre is available in my area to discuss broadband again.

Solving the problem
As a gentleman of somewhat advanced years. I am not fully au fait with the necessary language required with such technical detail.
Firstly I was met with Ashleigh and Audrey, smiling faces together with an air ofr "we can help you" I have to say the most certainly did and at no time did they make me feel inadequate( which is not always the case. Thank you both for your professionalism. I will be back.
