Thank you Terrie in Kirkcaldy branch!
Terrie was super helpful and went above and beyond helping my friend get a new phone.He struggles with technology and talking to people on phone so she was great sorting previous network provider.I have recently been in St Andrews branch helping an elderly friend with similar and apart from guy called Aaron,they weren't great.

Terri was fantastic!!! 5 star customer service and so knowledgeable about the products and services on offer!!
