She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and did everything she could to make sure I was happy with both my broadband and SIM card deal. Prices are really good. I was looked after immediately upon arrival in the shop. Very truthful in connection and coverage.

Great service
Great service. I had accidentally deactivated my SIM card which is quite aware occurrence viral account.... The team at the shop soon got me sorted with any SIM card and even reviewed my account and found a better price for both my data and my broadband. Highly recommend it

Went in with my new phone that was faulty. They luckily had the phone in-stock for the exchange. Callum helped me with it and he was a star. It's been such a nightmare with phone calls to the call centre this past week trying to get a replacement. And he did the exchange straight away with no issues and even helped me set up the new phone and made sure my SIM was working in the new phone and that the new phone was working correctly before I left. He was chatty and so friendly too, which helped after such a frustrating time. 5 stars. Thank you so much again Callum! :)
