Callled in to Vodafone Llanelli for advice on using my phone abroad and Joey the store manager went above and beyond to help. I will definitely be going back when my contract runs out.

Chris at Llanelli Was Amazing
Chris was amazing. I was paying way over the odds because I had failed to cancel a foster childs phone contract. He calmly talked me through my options in terms of a new contracts

Fantastic service at the Llanelli store
This was my fourth interaction with Vodafone for a fault in my brand new iPhone. I was served by Evan (and his colleague Jacob). They are both a testament to Vodafone and represent the company really well. They were polite and helpful and, after a lot of difficult communications with other agents, were able to resolve my problem. Couldn’t have had better service.

Popped into Vodafone llanelli as I was…
Popped into Vodafone llanelli as I was having problems with my sim card. Just needed advice. I had been into other stores but had no help.
Spoke to a guy called Dom and he gave me all the answers I needed. Fantastic service and friendly helpful attitude. Got my new sim and all my phone 🤳 problems have been removed.. Ann- marie was also very helpful.
Would recommend Vodafone after this experience. Would not use any other phone company after this.

Patient and understanding staff
I popped into the Llanelli store last week with my Mum who has Dementia. I wanted to find out if I could get a better deal on my Mum's phone contract. I was served by Evan and Anne Marie who were both wonderfully patient and understanding with my Mum. They were very knowledgeable and able to offer us multiple different cheaper options. Overall what could have been a difficult experience for my Mum was made pleasant and I very much appreciate their help.

Anne Marie helpful
Anne Marie in the Llanelli store was wonderful! Upon moving to the UK I had bought a British phone but when I signed into my American Gmail, GooglePlay insisted I was in America and wouldn't let me download British apps. My IT husband and I tried for an hour to change the country and it would not work, until I took it in and Anne Marie had the brilliant idea to create a new Gmail with my British address and debit card, and it worked perfectly!! I can now have things like the banking ap and the grocery store aps so thank you Anne Marie!!
