Callled in to Vodafone Llanelli for advice on using my phone abroad and Joey the store manager went above and beyond to help. I will definitely be going back when my contract runs out.

Sales person was helpful and gave good advice. He suggested appropriate new handset and plan which worked well for my requirements. Service was quick and clearly communicated. I would recommend visiting this store for inperson help and advice.

Nothing was too much trouble!
Chris worked very hard to give us what we needed with our phone contracts! Nothing was too much trouble! Would highly recommend both him and Vodafone - we will be back!

Great staff and very helpful
After having issues purchasing 2 sim only deals through Vodafone online and both of them not being activated after 6 days I decided to pop into the Vodafone shop in Llanelli first thing this morning, the staff are really welcoming and friendly and Chris was fantastic, within an hour I now have 2 new sims that are actually working. If I have any issues in future, I won’t waste my time with Vodafone online chat, I’ll pop straight to the Llanelli branch
