Visit to Balham store was brilliant. Was served by Yacoub who was really helpful and patient. He supported with my new phone and took the time to explain the product and was really kind. I would definitely recommend a visit to the store as the staff particularly Yacoub was professional and provided a great service. Will be back again in the future.

Highly recommend this branch
Highly recommend this branch - came away with two better phone contracts and 5G broadband. Saif could not have been more helpful and thorough, he gave us plenty of options and wasn't pushy at all. Moving home is so stressful and he really helped take the hassle out of getting WiFi set up.

Rude and unhelpful
Across three separate visits to the store I was “helped” by the same two rude and unhelpful men. I needed a phone upgrade and they were unable to complete the request due to an “unknown error” on the computer system on two separate occasions. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience for even being in the store and when I finally came to collect my phone in store after having to complete the whole process myself at home on a broken phone, I was met with rudeness again. I will not be using this store ever again.

Saw the reviews about Albert and Josh and thought, this sounds too good.
Still drove past my local Vodafone to the Balham store to test it myself.
Now I get it.
Walked in for a new phone and contract.
Walked out wondering why every shop is not run like this.
Josh broke down the contract step by step. No confusion. No hidden bits.
Albert kept the energy up and made sure I did not feel rushed or pushed.
At one point:
• I forgot there was a store closer to me
• I stopped checking prices online
• I trusted two strangers with my monthly payments
What you get:
• Clear explanation of every cost
• A deal based on your actual usage
• No pressure, no awkward upsell
Went out of my way to come here.
Got my contract sorted.
Got a new phone.
Left knowing I made the right choice.
Worth the extra drive.

Josh and Albert didn’t just serve me..
Josh and Albert didn’t just serve me, they changed my perception on service.
I came in thinking, yeah, just need a new phone… next thing I know, Josh’s explaining deals like he’s revealing the meaning of life, and Albert’s nodding like some wise monk who’s seen things. At one point I genuinely forgot I even owned a phone. Who am I? What is Vodaphone? Why do I suddenly feel… like I can bench 120KG for 3 reps at the gym.
This isn’t a shop. It’s a journey. A place where SIM cards are secondary and customer service is built into their blood.
I didn’t leave with just a phone.
I left with clarity.
I left with purpose.
I left with a contract AND emotional growth as a human being.
100% would recommend if you’re ready to upgrade not just your phone… but you’re whole life in general
