Impresive service from Rutul and Felipe & Angela.
They helped me with patience and a big smile. They were able to do what Three customer support was not able to achieve after being on a phone call for an hour!!!

Rutel and Hazal offered excellent…
Rutel and Hazal offered excellent customer service when I visited the Cheapside branch. I popped into enquire about swapping my nano sim over between my iPhones and they swiftly resolved my problem. They should both me commended on fast efficient and friendly customer service

Angela was so kind and helpful - she fixed a problem I had with my phone in a couple of minutes! I am now thinking of moving from EE to Vodafone! She achieved in two mins what EE couldn't in a TWO-HOUR online chat yesterday. She has made me so happy - I am now able to make a call from my phone to my husband in hospital. Excellent team
Had a fabulous experience with Haza at cheapside. Had phone stolen and they had me up and running with a new sim, new contract (which she found for me and it was spot on with everything I needed) and case! Great to see such in person service. I actually came to this branch especially as I had an equally positive experience a couple of years back so great consistent service.
