Really Helpful Team
Having ordered my phone and airtime contract online I was disappointed to find that Vodafone had inadvertently cancelled the airtime element. Fortunately Raihan spent a considerable amount of time going through the problem with me and resolving everything so I have the same deal I thought had been agreed previously. Both he and his colleagues were courteous and I'm very grateful.

Excellent Service!
I have been with Vodafone for over 9 years.There are many mobile service providers but Vodafone stands out amongst them all due to the quality of service and connectivity.
What makes it more special is employees like Mashud, I came across at London-Cheapside branch. He was very patient and courteous and provided full information on the plans enabling me to take a decision and go for the right plan. I did not feel rushed or being marketed to in aggressive way as it usually happens with many sales staff. Well done, keep up the good work!

Avoid at all costs, they will not help you set up your service in person
I signed up for their broadband after just moving to the UK. My service didn't go live on the day they said it would, every time I called customer service they were not really interested in solving the problem but just buying themselves time so you exceed the 14 day free cancellation period and pay a fee. Even after them assuring me I would not pay for anything except the equipment, I got an email saying I now owe 164 pounds....Mind you I have never even used their wifi and any engineer can confirm this when they performed the checks.
Every time customer service called me, it was to see my setup, which hadn't changed from the previous calls, the told me they would send ethernet cables on two occasions, both never came.
No company has ever wasted my time as much as Vodafone, and to make it worse I had just started a graduate job where I had to study and work from home extensively the first two months, imagine this experience with no wifi. When I asked them to send an engineer to come check in person, they ignored my request. Visited the branch in person who said they could not help with broadband and that I should continue calling customer service. An absolutely horrific experience with them.
