Life is prosaic, seldom poetic, and sometimes we do get overwhelmed when the phone connection is being unfriendly as most of our day to day data and work revolves around it. I was completely helpless and lost.

Excellent Customer Service Khalid (Vodafone Ealing…
21 November Khalid (Vodafone Ealing Broadway) sorted my long standing issues with my iPhone and my Vodafone account quickly and efficiently. He has a very courteous friendly manner and is extremely knowledgeable. I had struggled with this issue for some time (my previous calls to The Vodafone help desk not having helped resolve the issue) but Khalid saw straight away what was needed and was most helpful.
