Outstanding customer service

I had some issues with my phone and went to the shop to get guidance. The manager Ezgi gave me great advice and highlighted that I could get a new phone and pay less per month by opting in for a new contract. The staff member was professional, friendly and fast.

Ashlee in Ealing Broadway is amazing…

I feel the need to say how amazing Ashlee at the Ealing Broadway branch is. After having had a truly disastrous experience trying to order two SIM cards with Carphone Warehouse where I was let down by them more than 5 days after placing my order and having had to spend 2.5hrs on the phone to their customer service team which still didn’t resolve the issue, I decided to go into the Vodafone branch in Ealing Broadway where Ashlee was an absolute dream. She sorted out a good contract for me in under 20mins and saved me from from having a birthday gift disaster for my daughter. Thank you so much!!!
