Rico showed what great customer experience is

Rico was fantastic. I had recurring problems with my order in the other Oxford Street store (including unacceptable store manager behaviour) and he managed to resolve things for me within 5 minutes of walking into his store. He also apologised repeatedly for the service I had received previously even though it had nothing to do with his unit. Absolutely admirable behaviour and service.

The service was excellent


The service was excellent. The branch manager was attentive, and the staff member who assisted us, David, was very helpful, efficient, and took the time to clearly explain everything.

Its exallent the service and a listening ear from Rahim again made my day.

Its exallent I meet Rahim in Bond street and he helped to terms with internet concerns as was stuck but got great relief after talking to him all was sorted Thanks to him.

Levent made my experience with Vodafone first class

Levent was wonderful. Calm , knowledgeable and very professional .
He was so good that from helping me with my work phone issues , he gained my personal phone business too. I moved after 25 years with EE (previously Orange) to Vodafone . Thank you Levent and congratulations
