I had an experience with a lovely girl…

I had an experience with a lovely girl today named Hibba, she was smiling and very welcoming i went straight up to her with my queries and felt comfortable. She assisted me with my current phone plan and sorted out my issue with good energy

The service was very nice by hamide,we got more options for data in order to pick exactly what we need for our short stay.
And of course I should mention the nice talk we had.

Came to get a new phone

Came to get a new phone. Hibba was so helpful and amazing, ive been a frequent vodafone customer and have always had a pleasant experience however she exceeded my expectations. She was so informative on every question i had and had the kindest and most attentive approach to my requests. Her bubbly shining personality was one ill never forget, i highly reccomend approaching if visiting. Shes the girly with the thick bouncy hair🥰.

SIM card

I had a great experience with Hibba at Vodafone. She was incredibly helpful and efficient in resolving an issue I had with my SIM card. She explained everything clearly, was very patient, and made sure I left with everything working perfectly. Excellent customer service—thank you, Hibba!

Good service

I came thus branch to get good advice and upgrade my phone suitable with my budget . Saba helped me . When I come here I was in bad mood . She had big smile and her lovely voice changed my mood straight away. I had my own business many years ago. I know what is the good staff mean . Saba loves her job, she knows very well her job, she has personality, she cares about customer and she is good teacher. She explained me everything clearly the way I will understand.

i had a really good experience at the oxford street branch. Laila, was my advisor and she was absolutely amazing. knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly patient with my indecisiveness and questions. she made things really clear. i’ll definitely remember my experience these and return

Terrible attitude and customer service

I used the Oxford Street store in London . The assistant Brian who was assigned to me could not have been less helpful . He was disinterested to the point of rudeness and did not sort out the problem , but made it worse .
I shall be moving away from Vodafone as my provider .
