Strange problem syncing two phones
My problem syncing two phones was handed over to Melissa at the Vodafone Oxford Street branch. Although old I still have two brain cells to rub together, and have been in the digital realm pretty much from the beginning, but I was stuck. It took Melissa just a few minutes to work it out and leave me sorted and happy. Good people who know what they're doing: a great combination.

Exceptional Customer Service from Safae at Vodafone Oxford Street
I recently had the pleasure of being served by Safae at the Vodafone store on Oxford Street. She went above and beyond, providing exceptional customer service. Safae took the time to understand our needs and patiently walked my mum through the different devices, ensuring she was comfortable with her choice. She was also incredibly flexible with the contract terms, making sure it fit within our budget. We’re truly grateful for her time and her lovely demeanor. Thanks to Safae, we’ll definitely be sticking with Vodafone for the foreseeable future.
