I've been a very happy customer, highly recommended Reshma
She's hardworking, friendly, professional always provides excellent service and genuinely cares about customers .Even when She is unwell she communicated respectfully, the way she explained is very clear highly recommended Reshma!!!!!!!

Exceptional service

Fareed was exceptionally helpful in helping choosing the best plans for a family of 4 and highly efficient in setting
up the line transfer. Big difference with the usual super depressing experience at other providers.

Today I visited a Vodafone branch located on Putny. I got a new phone on credit. The girl who served me was very polite and attentive. Thank you Reshma for your patience and attention.

Reshma at putney provided an excellent service

Reshma was patient and gave me bespoke advice and met my needs for my lifestyle and the best contract for me

She also engaged her manager David at the right time and I was so happy with the service. Excellent manners and atmosphere created by the team
Please recognise the actual Individuals and consider a bonus for them

Reshma is amazing!

Reshma! She was amazing! Dedicated so much time to me on a busy day and sorted out my mobile, my broadband and a temporary internet solution that I needed urgently. She was so thorough and saved me lots of money with the deals she put me on. She has incredible customer service skills and she was so aware of other customers who were struggling being especially kind and sympathetic to an older lady (her previous customer) who was a little distressed about her phone not working when she was due to go abroad. Overall an amazing experience

My regular Vodafone shop is the Putney…

My regular Vodafone shop is the Putney Branch.
I am extremely happy with service I get particularly the manager of the shop.
David is the most helpful, polite, courteous & professional manager I have ever come across.
I noticed that he is the same with all the customers that come into the shop. No matter small or big is the concern he is always there to help with a big smile.
Many thanks for all his help and kindness.
