Jackson was brilliant, spent time not rushing us through the whole process of updating our contract and a new phone. My husband has memory issues due to a brian injury and Jackson was fantastic. Even when we had to come back to try and help us upload all details from his old phone, the day after. Thank you, 5stars, would recommend.

Helpful local face to face support
Both Sasha & Jackson have helped me sort my elderly father’s phone, they have both gone out of their way to help explain options etc. when he got himself in a muddle. I am grateful to have their local face to face support and have signed up to keep him with Vodafone due to their care! . Thanks Guys

Sasha the store manager, along with her team were excellent!
She remembered me from the time I came in before, having issues with my phone and the battery life!
She explained all my options, spoke to me about an upgrade that would best suit me and made the experience so easy.
She was lovely and never made me feel pressured into buying anything I didn’t want too.
Such great customer service, I will recommend this store to many friends and family!
