Gemma was really friendly.
Gemma was super helpful and despite the system being super slow, she sorted my issue and got my new contract done. She was friendly and chatty and knew exactly how to help.

Contract issue sorted
I was helped by Gemma to sort out a new contract and to remove the extra data that I'd inadvertently added. She was very understanding and friendly and efficient.

Excellent customer service and Fibre 2 Broadband setup!
It's been excellent having the ability to visit the Vodafone shop in person. Gemma was fantastic - knowledgeable, professional and helpful. My Fibre 2 Broadband was ordered, connected and good to go in just four days!
