Very good experience getting my son his first contract mobile. Both Connor and Scott were extremely patient and informative. Excellent service through out. Nice to see happy staff.

Ralph went above and beyond going…
Ralph went above and beyond going through each package best for me and choices of phones.. he knew the camera was most important and being able to plug a hard drive into it for my work.

I attended at the Neath store and was dealt with by Jordan and another gentleman who without doubt were the most professional and helpful. They assisted by putting a sim in my elderly parents iPad. They showed professionalism throughout. Highly recommend attending this store many thanks

Knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Chris was very helpful and understood my requirements and directed me to the ideal mobile to meet my needs.

Customer service
Went in today to upgrade my phone and both my mother and I were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful member of staff called Chris.
Chris was very helpful, friendly and was great at his job. Would highly recommend going to this shop the customer service was absolutely amazing.

Great Customer Service from Chris in Neath Store
Have always enjoyed going into the Neath store when my contract is up for renewal and this year's renewal was another great, pleasant experience due to Chris. He was friendly and got me a great deal on a new phone and contract, keeping everything I wanted from the current contract. Chris - you star! Thank you!

Went in to browse phones and sales advisor Ralph engaged with me and sold me a new s24 ultra. Experience was amazing and ralph should be the manager as no manager was on site when I was there.
