Sree and Olly
Sree and Olly were so professional and helpful for my friend from the states. This was her first time traveling internationally and she was super concerned about her phone working which led to anxiety but the guys at this store helped so quick and easy. This was a 10/10 experience and they deserve to be recognized for it!

Problem with hacking.
I was in a muddle thought my account was hacked. A very nice young man called Tuhin spent along while sorting my phone out for me.
My husband and I have been with Vodafone a long time and always get great service from the team at Newmarket.
While we were there my husband got a new phone and mine was fine again ...win win .

Visited this store with a fault with my phone, female employee rude and not helpful, walked out in the end. If you worked for myself i would be having words . Vodafone your customer service is awful online as well. I'm already looking at leaving and your products are not fit for the real world.

Amazing
So pop in see if I could upgrade my phone. I was seen too by Holly who was jusy amazing so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products.
She also knew when to give me time to think about my options.
Vodafone need to hang on to her.... she is want they need to base there training on. Can't rate her enough.
