I popped into our local Northwich…
I popped into our local Northwich Vodaphone store as I had a major problem with my phone following an update. Even though I'm not a vodaphone customer at present Kerry spent a long time trying everything to sort it out for me. When nothing worked she took the time to back up before carrying out a factory reset.
Customer service INCREDIBLE!

Excellence customer service at Northwich
We went to Northwich branch today to sort out an issue and enquire about upgrading. The service we recieved from William and his colleague was excellent. The information we were given was clear, straightforward and relevant. William understood our needs and anticipated them in advising on suitable upgrades. A very pleasant experience upgrading 2 phones and an airtime plan.

Great service from Matt today. Pro-active in finding best option and brilliant dealing with my 84 year old mum. He also managed to refresh my deal and save a couple of quid each month.

They listened and helped.
Listened to my needs and advised on the best solution. I went in to enquire about broadband service, and because they were so knowledgeable and helpful, I decided to ask about my mobile phone too. Result- new phone, new mobile and broadband contracts, all of which have saved me money! Really personable, and knowledgeable team in this particular store. Highly recommend them, especially if you’re seeking advice or help. Thank you

Excellent Job
Matt was friendly, listened to what we wanted and explained the deal that we were bringing offered clearly without technical jargon.
He made sure we knew what would happen next and gave time scales to set our expectations.

Friendly service
I visited Vodafone Northwich to sort contracts for my 2 children. We were seen quickly and Kerry was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very positive experience and much easier than trying to do online or on a phone call.

We popped into the Vodaphone shop in Northwich as I needed a new phone. Chelsea talked me through all my options and was more than helpful. I’m not very ‘techy’ but she carefully explained everything I needed to know. It made my choices so much easier.
