Amazing service by Adam!
Me and my partner went into the store to find out about getting us both a new contract.
We were greeted by someone as soon as we entered, who was very friendly and arranged for us to be helped by Adam.
Adam was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs. He found us a great offer and explained everything clearly, I am a new customer to Vodafone and was very impressed after being with O2 for over 25 years.
Would definitely recommend to friends!

Upgrade to contract
Everyone we came into contact with was very polite and helpful. Grant was assigned to help us and he was very helpful and thorough as well as friendly. We didn’t feel rushed and all on all a pleasant experience !

No phones
Visited Vodafone Norwich on the 8th March saw Matt, very helpful sold me on a Galaxy S24, agreed I would come back on the following Monday or Tuesday. Matt busy, fair enough, wait 45 minutes see someone else, sorry we have no S24's come back in two days. I live 15 mls away and have already Visited twice and paid for the parking. No chance.

We visited the store in Norwich Norfolk yesterday, we required a full mot on all our devices and broad band. We were served my Grant, wow, he was amazing, he had alot to do. Can not recommend him enough. A true asset to your team.
If I had to make a criticism,it would be to yourselves, and that is your systems in store let your team down enormously.

2 weeks of Internet less ineptitude
Reasonable as an ISP until our Internet stopped working 2 weeks ago. Requested a line test online and it said a case had been opened and an engineer assigned. Started a chat late the next day and 50 mins later they actually raised a ticket which hadn't been done. It will be two weeks tomorrow and no meaningful coms. No sign of engineers, no offer of 4g modem, no talk of compensation, no working from home, no TV, no home security, no Christmas shopping and no access for schoolwork or games. Shameful Vodafone.
