WiFi disconnected and wouldn't connect
My ASDA mobile wouldn't connect to internet, then stopped making calls & texts. I bought a Vodaphone pay-as-you-go phone which wouldn't connect with my router. ADAM from Vodaphone came round in his lunch break and re-set my NOWTV network configuration, reset the passwords and finally got my Vodaphone connected to the router. He is a STAR - service totally above and beyond anything previously received

The human touch is so much better
After having gone round in circles with the website and phone numbers which simply took us back to the website, it was a delight to go into the store and be greeted by a very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful live person who sorted our problem out in a matter of minutes!
