I recently visited the Vodafone store in Richmond and had a wonderful experience. The store advisor, Munaf, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and provided excellent recommendations for both a phone and a plan. Munaf patiently explained the pros and cons of different options, helping me make an informed decision.
The store itself was well-organized and had a wide selection of phones and accessories. The staff were friendly and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The entire process, from browsing to purchasing, was smooth and hassle-free.
I highly recommend visiting the Vodafone store in Richmond, especially if you're looking for expert advice and excellent customer service. Munaf and the rest of the team will ensure you have a great experience.

Awful beyond words !
i went into Richmond store . 3 assistants and no customers except me . I waited 15 minutes listening to them talk about how to make a curry . Eventually , I asked if I could be served to upgrade my phone . An unsmiling , assistant called Tarek reluctantly came over with hands in pockets . He was completely useless - there were no demo models and everything he said was designed to put me off buying . A secret shopper needs to go in to experience just how awful this is for the customer . I ended up hating the company .
PS. The reply from Vodaphone below points me to a FB group which was set up by disgruntled customers . It is simply there to help us moan - not to sort out problems . Unbelievable !

Rubbish service from uk’s best network …
I am using 2 sim cards and 1 broadband for my home and vidafone has suddenly increased my bill from £49 to £58 by telling me CPI increase
Now the broadband is getting rubbish speed and sim cards internet is not working properly in some of the area in west london where i am working most and when i am complaining customer services are telling me that it will be like this and not gonna be better in thise areas now i am paying that much money to uk’s best network and and getting rubbish service with actual more money than what i was told to pay at the beginning of my contract
Completely unhappy and frustrated with this all

I recently purchased the iPhone 14 Max…
I recently purchased the iPhone 14 Max from Vodafone Richmond and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The phone is incredibly easy to use and the sales person who helped me was very helpful. The customer service I received was top-notch and I felt like my needs were really listened to. Overall, I had a great experience with this purchase and I would definitely encourage anyone looking for a new phone to check out Vodafone Richmond.
