I spoke with James who was most helpful. I thought my phone was wasn't working/ charging. He checked it, found it was charging ok. Checked the phone health and checked if there was anything else on my plan he could advise with. Showed me some offers. Also discussed broadband offer.

Gemma wow let play that Game
Gemma was a lovely lady help.me in choosing a new update phone i did want try Goggle but all gone no problem i got a s26u all good plus l also received a tablet great hey.So as Gemma said I could play on that instead of phone

I had an excellent experience at the Vodafone Rugby store, thanks to the outstanding customer service. Bradley was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I got the best solution for my needs.
It’s rare to receive such attentive and genuinely helpful service these days. Bradley went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend the Vodafone Rugby store, especially if you have the chance to be helped by Bradley. Thank you for the fantastic service!
