Wictoria was very honest and kind. We were able to set up a new deal in short time. Were able to chat casually which set my nerves at ease. Better yet she found a great deal with a new phone so I am chuffed.

Amazing customer care … 3 and Vodafone are now working together!!
I had mega phone problems with my Galaxy 12 ...its old and feeble like me. Shannon the Assistant Manager at Vodafone Rugby was able to talk me through the whole process and set me up with a new Samsung 17!!! Amazing knowledge and service. Thank you so much Shannon and your team. You have really got great customer service here. Highly recommended. Great service
Shannon, assistant store manager, was incredibly helpful with my 83yo mother. We left with a new phone all set up. Great service. She explained everything in a way Mum could understand.
