The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever experienced !!!
3 and a half months after renewing both my broadband contracts, they still have not honored the offer they made when I agreed to renew. I have an ongoing complaint and have spent many hours chasing them, and have endless empty promises of callbacks and resolution.
I have had an official complaint open for some time now and am no nearer resolution following the complaint handlers broken promises and the lack of return calls as promised.
Please look at the file notes on account 7089000135 from 19th May at 12.17, 20th May at 17.09 and the multitude of calls and broken promises since. What I need now is a resolution, which must include the option to cancel both contracts without penalty within 30 days.

Waiting over three and a half months for an agreed renewal offer to be honoured is unacceptable, especially after the time and effort you've spent chasing updates and managing an ongoing complaint. I appreciate that repeated promises of callbacks and resolution without any meaningful progress can be extremely disappointing.
