Appalling broadband setup and customer service
We are extremely disappointed with Vodafone’s broadband service and the handling of our setup.
Our router was delivered on 15 June with a promised go-live date of 19 June. It is now 25 June and we still do not have working broadband.
Since installation, we have spent hours every day trying to resolve the issue with customer support. Instead of progress, we’ve experienced repeated misinformation, being passed between teams, failed “fixes” that never work, and no clear ownership of the problem.
We have also had equipment sent to the wrong address and duplicate equipment sent out unnecessarily, adding further confusion and delay. Despite multiple contacts and long calls, nothing has been properly resolved and we are no closer to having a working service.
This is not just a delay — it is a complete failure to deliver the basic service we have signed up and paid for (or are due to pay for). The lack of coordination, accountability, and urgency is extremely frustrating.
We are now escalating this formally and expect immediate action to resolve the issue, not more scripted responses or repeated failed attempts.
We would strongly caution others considering Vodafone broadband to be aware of the level of service and support we have experienced.

Your time wasting company
I wanted to buy two SIM Only plans for my business. After ordering I was contacted by James Atherton,
the customer's sales manager, which gathered all the information about me and said: " I’ll be in touch as soon as I have heard back from our assessment team.Speak soon"
