Had an excellent experience at Vodafone

Had an excellent experience at Sevenoaks Vodafone and saved money on my contacts and even more money by switching broadband to Vodafone.
Aaron was very knowledgeable and helpful. Only dropped in for a charger and came out feeling much better off!

I went in to Vodafone shop today to see about my iPhone I was speaking to Aaron he went through stuff and got me a good deal on the iPhone 17 he was really help full I would send my friends and family who are on Vodafone to him

Aaron fully understood my requirement

Aaron fully understood my requirement, offered alternative options which made decision making easy for me.
Additionally the phone switch and set up on the new phone was seamless.

Very good experience with one of the…

Very good experience with one of the workers called Elena! She was very helpful throughout the whole experience. Getting me the best deals, and making my life very much easier. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who comes to Vodafone in Sevenoaks.

Visited the store because we needed…

Visited the store because we needed help with my wife's Vodafone account and new phone. Spoke to Matthew who was extremely helpful and patient. Took time to explain everything. Will definitely be going back to see him once my contract with my existing provider finishes. Brilliant customer service.

Aaron surged me today in the Vodafone…

Aaron surged me today in the Vodafone store in Sevenoaks helping me with Data roaming . Additionally he was able to help me upgrade my children’s two plans who were out of contract saving me money. Aaron was very friendly and professional. Fab service.
