Very positive!
Beth was extremely patient with me in store today. I really am not confident with technology but Beth talked me through everything, had the patience of a saint with me whilst she helped me back-up my phone and was so helpful setting up the new phone too. She was friendly, polite and kind and I’m really grateful for her support today!

I went in today and was renewing my contract which is complicated as I have my 3 children's phones on my contract as well as my own. Kathy was so helpful and it took her over an hour but nothing was too much trouble. Saving myself money and offering me the best deals.
