Adele was wonderful. Helped me with my upgrade. Immensely confident and patient with me. I went to the Apple Store in Liverpool and received nowhere near the service I received in the Southport store. Great experience from Adele!

Excellent service provided by Caleb he explained our new phone contract and even spoke to my daughter who is abroad to explain the new package. Caleb was so good really patient very knowledgeably and explained it all so clearly he is a credit to Vodafone we could not thank him enough for his excellent customer service .. star employee thank you Caleb

Absolutly shocking customer services
Absolutly shocking customer services by Jordan as 3 trips to store to attempt to get the phone that was requested on the first visit. Even store manager blatantly lied to my face & then told me I must of been mistaken. Currently have 4 different contacts with Vodafone & will not to continuing to renew now despite being with Vodafone for over 15yrs so far. Avoid at all costs would be my advice to anyone thinking of going there.

Great upgrade experience
Process to upgrade was very easy and Kathy made sure I got the best deal for me. Ended up saving loads. Also had a lovely chat while passing the time it takes to go through the motions. Left with a smile on my face. Very friendly and chilled atmosphere.

What a star Kathy was
What a star Kathy was , she helped me tremendously as I'd had my bag stolen containing my new iPhone and brought along an Android and she transferred everything , with a smile !!!
