Excellent Customer Service
I had just returned from travelling abroad and had an issue regarding my service which was due to a misunderstanding regarding some T&Cs of the roaming pass. I was given great customer service by a very pleasant young man named Oliver. He helped me greatly and left me with a great impression of both Vodafone in general but also the store inside the Thistles shopping centre.

Superb Customer Service!
I was recently in the Vodafone shop in Stirling and a lovely young woman called Susie helped me with with a new contract for my phone. She was very knowledgeable, honest and a great communicator, helping me choose the right solution for me. I've been a long term Vodafone user and highly recommend her if you're ever in the store. I also recently bought a phone that I've had repeat difficulties with - Susie was very patient and helped me resolve a few issues with that as well. She's a star!!

Liam at Vodafone
Called into Vodafone to arrange a new broadband and landline deal. Liam was really helpful and got it all sorted very quickly. Very friendly and professional and a great price.

I would recommend asking for Lucy when your in this shop
Don't usually do reviews but I will on this occasion, went to get a new phone and Lucy was so helpful and polite, didn't try to upsell me , just a pleasant experience.

The sales person was very professional…
The sales person lucy was very professional and knew what she was talking about when asked about certain phones and deals. We only went into shop ro upgrade our daughters phone and we all updated as it was going to better us all . We also asked advice on a laptop and Lucy gave us great advice on what would be suitable for our daughter for setting her up for going to university, can't thank Lucy enough for the support and the general chat we had while waiting on everything going through the system .

Cheap iPad
I had an excellent experience with Liam in the Stirling branch of Vodafone. When I recently purchased my new phone! Not only did he help me find the deal best suited to me, but he also managed to get me an amazing deal on an iPad. Which I can now use for my son's Christmas present. His knowledge and helpfulness made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Lucy tried so hard to provide me with a monthly plan despite having huge problems with Talk Mobile not accepting my details. She was cheerful, friendly and polite and made me feel like a valued customer. It is unfortunate that Talk Mobile let down both of us.
