Fantastic customer service
The store was recommended mainly because of great customer service and its true-Martin and Adrian are fantastic. We experienced and witnessed such professionalism and empathy. Martin was so caring and patient to the elderly and vulnerable customers who he helped today. He is an ambassador for the company and reflected all that is good when we visited the store today.

Online vs store
Normally do all my upgrades online, was in town though I’d pop in store. I can’t praise the staff members enough in your Stockton store especially Martin. its so rare to find staff that actually engage with customers at a personal level.
