Great, Vodafone is starting to turn off their 3g signal. What chance do most people have as their 4&5g is garbage May as well go back to 2 tin cans and a piece of string if you are stuck on this... Ver mais

retrieve my password he was absolutely
fantastic he also updated my phone

Friendly, helpful staff.
I visited the Stockton store to do an upgrade, and the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They explained the differences between the iPhone 15 Plus and the 15 Pro Max, and helped me decide which model suited my needs the most. Ultimately I went for the Pro Max model. I can't thank them enough for their help. I'll be doing all future upgrades at this store. Thanks guys!

Excellent service above and beyond.
Went to renew a phone and Sasha was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She found the best deal and stayed 15 minutes after closing time to complete the contract to save us coming back another day. All of this done in a very pleasant manner no complaints about working after shop hours. A really good service which means I will be looking to use this branch again. Thank you.

Literally the worst mobile network I've…
Literally the worst mobile network I've ever been on its beyond dreadful sat at home with 2 bars of 3g have to walk 20mins down the road to get half decent signal it's everywhere poor signal yet my partner is on Three UK and he has 5 bars of 5g in our house and has excellent signal everywhere we are both on unlimited data packages and his package is £8 cheaper than mine I'm gone next week as my contract will have ended 2 years of awful signal in North East England UK it's unacceptable
