Lexi has absolutely made my day! I came in ready to cancel my membership and move to a different provider, but she was so wonderful and helpful and I ended up leaving with a renewed contract that absolutely suited all of my needs. So grateful to have been served by her.

Sadia and Lexi were amazing. I’d list my home when travelling to London on holiday and they managed to sort me out a new phone and a second line. Lexi was brilliant and couldn’t of been more helpful

excellent leader, honest and willing to help
On December 8th 2023, 7.30pm late shift but still excellent service. I received an exceptional support from the store manager at Vodafone Strand. Surpassing my expectations, the store manager showcased patience, addressed all my inquiries with confidence, i felt understood and listened. he will be my go-to preferred contact should I have any Vodafone requests (as a new customer). An excellent service and overall positive experience for customers. thank you so much
