Served by the lovely Meg.
She certainly had her work cut out with us two!
Mum, 80, complete technophobe.
Me, ADHD, no patience whatsoever.
Meg was chilled and informative. She gave us everything we needed in a calm and professional manner.
We came to renew mums broadband, and left with a new iPad with a sim. Please note Meg did not push this on us. Infact it was my decision. Meg helped us set up and transfer all files across from the old device, to the new.
We were really impressed with her knowledge and most of all, her patience and her humour!
We plan to come back to see Meg in December, for further shenanigans 🤪

Joey was extremely helpful and knowledgable when I made enquiries about a new phone. She also saved me some money on my home broad band and a new phone case. Joey made the experience so much better than using the internet.
