I visited Truro Vodaphone shop to replace my old phone.
Joey was most helppful and advised me not only what would be a good phone but also recommended a pricing package. When the phone arrived a few days later she helped me transfer the data over and set up the new phone. I would thoroughly recommend Vodaphone shop in Truro and especially Joey.

Aaron, the manager, was amazing. He listened to my issue and then put me under the very capable hands of Megan (the lady with the lovely wolf tattoo). She sorted out my issue and I was able to leave the shop feeling extremely relieved with their reassurance and efficiency. Thank you both.

The staff at the Truro store are amazing. The were so helpful and saved me loads on money. Megan was especially helpful- even though she is new to vodaphone.

Went into store and got helped by jack and Andrew they were both kind and friendly and so helpful, they explained every step of the process and were so helpful nothing was too much trouble amazing service so happy I have changed to Vodafone

Great help and support from Megan…
Great help and support from Megan throughout the entire upgrade process. From helping to pick the right device, to helping get the best deal on the sim side, she was fantastic. She even put up with me for the transfer efforts between the old phone and the new one!!

Everyone at Truro Vodafone couldn’t…
Everyone at Truro Vodafone couldn’t have been more helpful. My phone unexpectedly stopped working so I needed a new one asap, and I had to take my 2 young children in with me. The staff (Megan, Joey and Aaron) were super with the kids whilst I was with Megan sorting the new phone. Thank you for all of your help!

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Sam P looked after us and managed to save us money on our monthly bill. Gave us advice on a new phone for when we were ready to buy one. All in all a very good service and would definitely recommend the store.

We saw Sam P in the Truro store
We saw Sam P in the Truro store, who was very helpful sorting out my Wife's new mobile, and also sold us a broadband contract to replace our existing BT contract at a much reduced price. Very happy with his, and the company's service.
