Broadband issues and dealing with…
Broadband issues and dealing with Indian call centre, broadband regularly goes down, failure on their broadband team to sort out, will probably leave because of this, I think it’s the area as I have broadband elsewhere without any problems

Great service
Thoroughly impressed by the service I received in Vodaphone. I was served by Joanne and she was absolutely wonderful. She got me a great deal on a new phone and contract whilst simultaneously keeping my daughter entertained and chatting to me as a person and not just a person to make a sale off.

The ability talk with & take advice…
The ability talk with & take advice from a human being in the flesh is invaluable when ‘the easy switch’ team has failed on four occasions to effect to switch me from BT to Vodafone. But for Aaron the Manager in the Truro store, I don’t think I would be connected yet

The experience was amazing
The experience was amazing. The friendly atmosphere was inviting. Super helpful and made the whole experience fun. Everything was explained to us and Joey made us feel welcome the moment we stepped foot in the door.
Everything that Chris wrote down for me, Joey knew instantly and genuinely spoke fluent Chris.
