Awful customer service
Worst customer service ever. Received texts, emails and even a letter through the post about upgrade. Tried to speak someone re changing apt but no.. because I had forgotten my pin. Gave my email, phone, mothers maiden name, my dob, my address even my sort code associated with account but no!! Still not enough. What else can I give? Now apt has been cancelled as I’ve not been in touch to confirm??!!!

Ellen was focused and rectified serious mistakes made by lady who opened the account with me. I felt I shouldn't have had to go to a shop to make the alterations since it was incompetence by Vodafone staff that caused the issue. Did write to CEO with proof of mistake made but never received a reply of any sort which just demonstrates ignorance on part of Vodafone management

Nicole and Prince at Waltham Cross gave a 1000% to sort out my changeover from apple to Android the advice and the help setting up including help with transfers of apps etc was second to none. What a fabulous team a credit to vodaphone. I will recommend this shop to all my friends
