Had a problem with a rogue app blocking my phone so popped into Vodafone in walton on thames and a very helpful chap called Amramadam fixed it for me straight away. Great service. Really helpful.

Very good service, did a lot of research for me to make sure it was the most cost effective deal whilst also getting me the latest technology for cheaper than I was paying prior to my upgrade. Very thorough with costs, delivery times and gave me time to transfer everything from old to new device

Im an EE customer but had very poor experiwnce when i went there for some tech support. Left dishearted but popped into vodafone just on the off chance and was really gratefull i did as had such a great experience. Will be bring my number to vodafone in tlthe next couple of months

No complaints about the local staff
No complaints about the local staff. They're just doing what they can with the tools the company gives them. They need to put themselves in the shoes of an elderly customer and understand how soul-destroying the customer experience is.
