Had a problem with a rogue app blocking my phone so popped into Vodafone in walton on thames and a very helpful chap called Amramadam fixed it for me straight away. Great service. Really helpful.

Amazing service from Daryl

Amazing service from Daryl. He helped me upgrade my phone and found me the best plan and phone for my needs, he also helped me move the info from phone to phone. All of this while maintaining a wonderful and friendly attitude. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. GIVE HIM A PROMOTION!!

Problem phone app.

I had problems with my phone and couldn't get rid of a QR app. Amar at Walton on thames branch fixed the problem very quickly and other problems. He was extremely pleasant and efficient and solved the problems quickly. Thank you.

Served by Daryl very ably

Served by Daryl very ably. He explained everything clearly and without patronising which is refreshing. The phone I wanted wasn't in stock but he was able to order it in for me. Very patient and great customer service, especially considering it was boxing day, so I hope the staff get some sort of bonus. Thank you

I had a great experience with the Vodafone assistant Amar. They were polite, patient, and very knowledgeable, and they resolved my issue quickly. The explanation was clear and I felt genuinely supported throughout the process. Excellent customer service.

SIM carded sorted

Recently changed from 3 to Vodafone, unfortunately there was a mix up with the delivery of my new SIM and the changing of my number which left me without any service. A quick visit to the Walton on Thames Vodafone shop were I was met by Daryl who sorted it straight away, great service, thank you.

My recovery hero!!

Ama at the Walton on Thames branch of Vodafone has been fantastic! My mobile got waterlogged, had to buy a new phone- it was very tricky to recover but he managed it!! I cannot thank him enough. Friendly, patient & so helpful. Marvellous customer service.
