Warrington Town Centre
During a short trip into Warrington, I met a member of the Vodafone team; Jake, who dealt with my issue professionally and proactively. We hit a small bump along the way with IT but this was quickly rectified. Thank you very much to Jake and the team for their help in getting me a better deal and updating my preferences. Give the guys a raise!

Professional & Knowledgeable team at Warrington store
I visited the Vodaphone Warrington store today as my phone was glitching and wasn't operating properly. The store was busy, yet I was acknowledged within in a few minutes and was given a seat whilst I waited (I noticed this occurred for a number of customers after me, excellent customer service). Knowledge and service provided by Joseph today was superb. I cannot recommend the staff at this store highly enough, every time I have visited I have always received exceptional service. We have recently moved to Vodaphone as a broad band provider now and the switch over was seamless.

Went in needing an upgrade and the staff couldn't have helped any more than they did, they say and explained everything down to the smallest of details and made sure I knew exactly what has happening, they also made sure I got the best deal possible for what I wanted showing me all the different deals. Called in store for some advice on plans as I had been out of contract for over a year. Spoke to a great member of staff who went through all of my options and gave me a great deal. I left with a new plan and a new phone and im very happy.

I had a great experience at the Vodafone store at Golden Square, Warrington
I had a great experience at the Vodafone store thanks to Jake. I came in to trade in my Google Pixel 10 Pro for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jake was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through every detail, making sure I fully understood my options and the features of the new device.
He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and it was obvious that he genuinely wanted to help me make the right choice.
Thanks to Jake, what could have been a complicated upgrade turned into a really positive experience. I truly appreciate his diligence and excellent customer service!

We have used this store for years, and the reason we keep coming back is the professionalism, friendliness and help that we receive from the staff, with a big shout out for Jake who has the patience of a saint dealing with us.
