Saj in Watford branch always help me and take care of me as a customer.
Wether it's changing or updating contract, changing payment date, helping with quiries, he always helps professionally.
I prefer to deal with him mostly.
Good customer service makes me stay with Vodafone because I know I won't get this help somewhere else.

I’ve just been to orators inside the Watford shopping centre and I’ve upgraded all my families phones and I’ve been served by a Genti called Mr Valentin who went beyond and above services to lower our bills and were so happy.
Saj and Jay have also been amazing.
Mr Valentin needs a pay rise
