useless
useless, I have been with Vodafone for a few years now, my contract was about £36 a month, half for the phone, the other half for data etc, my contract expired 5 months ago, they decided to increase their charges for my data to £24 a mon th after i finished paying for the phone without telling me, last weekend I tried to cancel my contract, went into their shop in windsor and spent an hour doing this, I was assured it would be ended 2 days later, 3 days later its still running, I contacted customer services and they said its got another month to run even tho they got me to buy another Voxi sim to insert in my phon, so I now have 2 data plans running at the same time, useless bunch, they dont care, just take take take.

When requesting to cancel a service, there is a 30 day notice period, and it sounds like that's why your Vodafone contract is currently still running.
If you were intending to use your existing number on your VOXI SIM, please view the Facebook and X (Formerly Twitter) contact details for VOXI here: https://www.voxi.co.uk/contact-us so that a request can be submitted for you, to move your Vodafone number over to your VOXI SIM.

Ali and Sufy were so helpful
I had such a wonderful experience with windsor vodafone.
Sufy and Ali couldn't do more to help me. They even stayed over 1 hour after the shop closed to ensure my upgrade was completed as I had entered the store during opening hours initially and the system was being slow. They got me an incredible deal on my new phone, helped me swap in my old phone and Ali even opened the store 10 minutes early the next day to help my dad do the same with his phone. Service was unbelievably good and Sufy and Ali are an absolute credit to this store.

Went into Vodafone yesterday to get some help with my broken phone. Ali from the store was absolutely fantastic! Amazing help, really knowledgeable. Friendly, and helpful. Helped me to upgrade and sort my phone issue and was generally a great representative for the company

Great service in Windsor store from…
Great service in Windsor store from Luke resolved the issues within 20 mins after us spending 2 hours + on phone previous evening. Not only efficient polite service Luke was able to offer an enhanced package for less. A great reason to keep stores in place so we can speak f-2-f rather than hours on the phone with no resolution.
