I had a fantastic experience yesterday with Kamilla & Hisham! Both extremely professional, knowledgeable & patient in demonstrating some aspects of my phone I didn't quite understand. I left the shop feeling very happy knowing I would be able to get the best usage out of my phone because of their assistance - It was a pleasure to meet them both!

I recently spoke with Hisham from Woking retail regarding a simple inquiry, but I was blown away by the level of service provided. Not only did he handle my initial request with speed and clarity, but he also took the initiative to review my actual data usage. He recommended a new plan that fits my lifestyle much better and saved me money in the process. He also assisted my friend who needed recommendation for a pay as you go sim as she is on holiday in the UK for a short period of time. He was incredibly polite, professional, and turned a basic task into a high-value experience. Truly an asset to your team! This was indeed a 5 star service!
