I placed an order and for sone reason a discount code didn't apply. Contacted the customer service email. It was sorted...refund will be processed within 10 days.

I had a faulty hairdryer and would like to say a big thank you for the customer service I received. When troubleshooting suggestions didn’t work the hairdryer was replaced. Great to deal with a fab customer service team. Also, the shampoo and conditioner are great too!

I have purchased the Voduz Prep Talk spray and every time I have had an issue regarding the nozzle stops working while the bottle is still full. Have had no issue regarding a replacement from staff but bad experience today would not repurchase the item.

I purchased the infrared hair straighteners & the first time I used them they didn’t heat up. One plate was cold & the other plate you could touch for ages & it was only slightly warm even at the highest temperature. This is when the hassle started.

I contacted their customer service by email many times, sent messages on Instagram & commented on an Instagram post. They came back eventually to say they had emailed me. Nothing in my inbox & nothing in junk! I got a reply eventually on Instagram to tell me how to send the straighteners back. They were sent the following day then radio silence again. It’s taken weeks to chase with more emails, Instagram messages & comments on posts before I was offered another pair of a credit note. As if I’m going to want either given the hassle I’ve had. I told them I was entitled to a refund given they were faulty. I then got an email to say I would receive a refund.

Items can be faulty & I get that but the customer service is horrendous if anything happens.

I’ll never purchase another product from this company! Be careful if you’re ordering anything!

Love the products from Voduz. Had to contact customer services about something and Katie sorted it out for me quickly which I appreciated. 100% service.

Terrible customer care will not reply to emails for daya

I purchased Voduz infrared straighteners online on 05/05/25. I had only used them on less than 10 occasions as I normally keep my hair curly. While using them in my hair on 20/06/25, I heard a bang from them, followed by a smell of smoke/ burning smell. I have emailed the company now on 4 occasions since 21/06/25 and have not received a reply. Their website states their customer service replies within a 48hr time frame. This is just not good enough. I have been using many voduzhair hair care products and blow out pro hairdryer which now switches on again randomly. I will be purchasing no more from this company. Highly disappointing. I do not usually leave negative reviews however fell quite infuriated by the radio silence from them.

I've been using the Velvet Crown and the heat defender for some time now. I always get complaints on my hair now. One very happy customer 👍🏻👍🏻

Voduz customer service have been great, promt at replying and looking into a delivery issue. And the issue was quickly resolved by Katie. The products are my new favourite and I got amazing deals and offers with what i have got so far. I will be back to buy more.

The hair treatment is no great shakes for 18 euro. Honestly don't waste your money.

Voduz customer service has been fantastic, quickly sorting out my query around a delivery. The issue is with DHL and not Voduz however they were quick to send out a new order when I informed them that the delivery hadn’t yet arrived. Have so many Voduz products, and they all perform exceptionally, so I can’t wait to receive this next lot!

Heat protection spray is perfection and smells amazing. Since using these products my hair is smoother, lighter and get longer between washdays with texture spray. I will eventually own every product they do. Love love love

The Voduz team were really helpful. I had an issue with the carrier case for my straighteners and asked if they sell them separately as mines had broke. They replied straight away and sent me a new one. Fantastic costumer service!!
